Ingredients
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, optional
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
