Strawberry smoothie

A delicious and nutritionally balanced smoothie made with soy beverage, silken tofu, frozen strawberries, ground flaxseed and pure maple syrup is the perfect way to start your day. High in protein, our Strawberry smoothie also contains heart benefits – perfect for Heart Month.
Yield: 2 servings (375 mL each)
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250 mL) regular soy beverage
- ½ package (130 g) silken tofu
- 1 cup (130 g) frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsps (15 g) ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) pure maple syrup (optional)
Directions:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
