Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar, scant
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8x2 baking pan with parchment paper; set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together brown sugar and melted butter, ensure that the melted butter is still warm. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients to sugar and butter mixture, stir to combine.
- Add mixture to baking dish; bake for 25 minutes. Let cool completely and cut into squares.
