The original farm was bought on May 13, 1817. It turned 200 years old this year!
Gary is the 7th generation in his family to farm, with his David and grandson being the next generations to follow in his farming footsteps on Bayvista Farm. Gary and his family farm 300 acres of corn, soybeans and wheat and also have a small herd of beef cattle. The family still live on the original farm outside of Flamborough, Ontario which just turned 200 years old this past May! The Betzner family are proud to have over 9 generations of grain farming history in Southern Ontario and are looking forward to celebrating this milestone this summer with a family reunion.
