Farmer’s Market

  • 2 oz Oat Whisky
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 dash Cinnamon Chocolate Bitters
  • 4 drops Saline Solution (10%)
  • Top with Foam

  • 2.5 oz Oat Whisky
  • 2 oz Oat Water

  1. Place both ingredients in a mason jar and shake well.
  2. Let sit for 24 hours, shaking periodically before straining through a coffee filter.

For the foam:

  2. Then place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

For the farmer’s market cocktail:

  1. Build a cocktail in a glass with a large cube of ice.
  2. Stir for 10-15 seconds before topping with Oats Foam.
